| Experience: Must be hard core manufacturing experience in capital type of goods for minimum of 10 years – Experience in fabrication and process equipment manufacturing will be useful. He should have experience of managing people.
Should have good hand on experience for production, production planning, purchase QC and store management.
General administration capability, knowledge on general factory related rules and regulation.
Capability of preparing various MIS for management and other department.
Understanding of general accounting and finance management.
