Should be MBA in HR with min. 5+ Yrs. of exp. in HR Dept. Compliance, IR, Administration. Handle compliance issues internally.
Compliance under various Labour Laws, ESI, PF & Gratuity Act including inspections. Compliance for vendors code of conduct.
Should have complete knowledge of HR. Should be from garment manufacturing house working in HR Dept.
Social audits. Complete knowledge of BSCI Code of Conduct.
