Should be a Male Graduate / MBA - HR with min. 10+ Years of experience as HR in related Industry.
Good exposure to Labour laws and to handle labour related issue. TO have experience in working in a manufacturing unit. Good Communication skills.
To keep attendance records, salary records, shift timings, overtime records, labour union issues, recruitment process of labour and office staff , keep records of appointed candidates and must be able to handle day to day labour related records.
