Should have any Degree in HR with min. 5 Years of experience as HR in related Industry. Knowledge of PF & ESIC - Calculation, Knowledge of Labour laws.
To be positive, & affirmative representative of HR department at all times. Fluent in English.
To help in day to day HR activities including documentation management, employee grievances & retention management.
To take care of Payroll, Statutory Compliance & related activities. To ensure all HR Generalist SOP are maintained & followed always.
