Should be a MBA in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification with min.
10 Years of experience in HR Department. Responsible for Payroll, employee relation, Training & Development, recruitment, statutory compliance, etc.
Have experience in Mfg. Industry.
Should have good knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labours.
Should have experience in organization having 1000 to 1200 employees.
Should be responsible for Complete HR Department.
