MBA /MSW / MLW / MHRD with 10 to 15 Years of Experience in HR & IR Department in Manufacturing industry. Overall responsibility of all HR, IR & admin related matters. Managing all Statutory Compliance & Audits. Prepare & implement SOPs for HR & IR .
Required Candidate profile
Job will entail more of Industrial Relations functions working closely with workers. Responsible for Wage & Salary Administration, Canteen, House Keeping, Security, Transportation & All Compliances. |
