Job description
Should be a B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR - Fresher or with Minimum 6 months to 8 years of experience in Recruitment / Placement. Have good communication skills. Should be responsible for overall recruitment cycle.
Required Candidate profile
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates. Follow-ups with candidates. Coordinating with the client & the candidates. Prepare & post job description on various job portals.
