Job description
Graduate / Post Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position working with MD or Sr. Executive of the medium / large enterprise. Arranging travel & accommodation for the Managing Director for hotel & travel within & outside India.
Required Candidate profile
Set up meetings & appointments, organizing venues & hospitality for visitors etc. Ability to manage & prioritize internal / external demands on MD’s time. Managing & organizing meetings. MS Office.
