BBA / MBA with at least 4 Years of HR Manager or Senior Human Resources Experience, with a significant focus on Labor Laws and Compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle & Manage Contract Labour. Good Experience in Managing Employment Cycle.
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of all statutory compliance related to Factory Act & Labour Laws. Ability to make all policies & procedures. Experience in HR Department in Food / Frozen Food Manufacturing Industry. |
